Cheesy-Bacon Wrapped Taters Recipe

Everything goes better with bacon.

  • 20 tater tots, thawed to room temperature
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a cookie sheet with foil. 
  2. Sprinkle a slice of bacon with shredded cheese. Place a tater tot on the bacon strip. Dash with hot sauce and wrap in the bacon. Secure with a toothpick, and then roll in brown sugar. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining tots.
  3. Bake about 15 minutes; flipping halfway through so the bacon cooks evenly. Serve warm.
