Cheesy-Bacon Wrapped Taters
Everything goes better with bacon.
- 20 tater tots thawed to room temperature
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- Hot sauce Hot sauce
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375°. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Sprinkle a slice of bacon with shredded cheese. Place a tater tot on the bacon strip. Dash with hot sauce and wrap in the bacon. Secure with a toothpick, and then roll in brown sugar. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining tots.
Bake about 15 minutes; flipping halfway through so the bacon cooks evenly. Serve warm.
